Member at Large – Ligia Wipfli

Ligia, “Lee” Wipfli has been with La Casa de Esperanza, Inc. for the last eight years. For the last four years she has been the Manager of La Casa de Esperanza Clinic. Lee received her license as a Substance Abuse Counselor from the State of Wisconsin in 2006. Also, in 2006 she graduated from the Latino Non-Profit Leadership Program a program sponsored by UW-Milwaukee and Cardinal Stritch University. As a manager of the clinic, she also supervises the HIV Program a program that offers free HIV testing and very soon will be offering Hepatitis Testing. She is an active member of the community as a member of the Waukesha County AODA Advisory Committee, the Waukesha County Public Health Advisory Committee and the Quad County Latino Advisory Committee.
