Medical Action Team Chair – Sarah Sanford-Smith

Sarah Sanford-Smith is the Hispanic Outreach Coordinator for Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital educating Hispanic women on the importance of breast and cervical cancer and prevention screenings. Sarah also does outreach at the Lake Area Free Clinic while providing interpretive services to Spanish-speaking patients. Sarah received her Bachelors degree from University of Wisconsin-Madison in Spanish Linguistics. She has served the Hispanic population for four years with ProHealth Care and will continue to serve this population once she receives her second bachelor’s degree in nursing in the near future.
